We provide comprehensive healthcare options by offering consultations with both General Practitioners (GPs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). However, only consultations with NPs are eligible for a Medicare rebate.

\r\nOur dual-service model is designed to be flexible and cater to your healthcare needs. If you're accustomed to seeing GPs, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the level of care our NPs provide. They can expertly handle a wide range of health concerns and offer many of the same medical services as GPs, all via phone or video consultations.

Mixed Billing Explained<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have a Medicare card and book a consultation with one of our professional Nurse Practitioners, you will receive a Medicare rebate. This rebate will be deposited directly into your account, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.<\/p>\n

For example, a new patient consultation with a NP will cost you an upfront fee of $55.00, but you will receive a Medicare rebate of $35.70, making the effective cost of the appointment only $19.30. And, if you\u2019re an existing patient, the upfront fee is $48.00, leaving your cost of an appointment at only $12.30.<\/p>\n

Around-the-Clock GP Services<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our GPs are available for consultations 24\/7, including weekends and public holidays, through private billing at a flat fee of $55, with no Medicare rebate.<\/p>\n

For some specialised services like smoking cessation and sexual and reproductive health consultations, Medicare benefits apply:<\/p>\n

Smoking cessation consultations:<\/strong> Private billing for your first consultation. Follow-ups can be bulk billed (Item #93690), with a Medicare benefit of $39.75, if you\u2019re eligible.<\/p>\n

Sexual and reproductive health consultation:<\/strong> Patient gap fee of $39.30 (Item #92720). You\u2019ll be billed $71.10, but you will receive a Medicare benefit of $31.80 directly into your account if you\u2019re eligible.<\/p>\n
